Your report is confidential. You do not have to give your name. We do not record your IP address or device details.

Good-faith reports are not punished. This is a non-punitive system. Read how it works.

Fields marked Required must be filled in. Everything else is optional.

What happened

Attachments

Up to 3 files in total (photos and PDFs together). Photos (JPG or PNG) up to 12 MB each: large photos are made smaller automatically, and location and camera details are removed. If your phone says the file “could not be accessed”, choose the photo again from your phone's Gallery or Files app (not from cloud storage), or send the report without the attachment.

PDF only, up to 5 MB each. They are stored as they are.

You do not need to fill in anything in this box. If you do, your details are stored encrypted, kept apart from the report, and are only seen by senior security staff.
